What did people do the days before headphones and on-the-go music came to be? How did one find any motivation to work out, go run, and do all of that without any good pump-up, feel-good music?! I have no idea how they did it, but I’m so glad we’ve made it this far where we can just plug in a pair of headphones to our phones (err, “connect wirelessly”? #iPhone7 #smh 🙄 #NoThanks), and go for a run. It’s pretty much the only way you’ll get me to work out, so it’s safe to say that music is an extremely important factor to my workout plan. With that said, I wanted to share my motivation with y’all!
